Plans, billing & what's included.
What's included in my plan?
Your plan covers the medication, a consultation with a licensed provider, ongoing provider monitoring, expedited shipping, and priority support — all in one transparent monthly price. No add-ons, no hidden fees.
Can I cancel anytime?
Monthly plans can be canceled anytime. Quarterly, semi-annual, and annual plans run for the term selected; you can pause or change at your next renewal.
Do I need insurance?
No. This is a cash-pay program — the plan price is the price you pay. HSA and FSA cards are accepted.
Why compounded, and not a brand-name medication?
Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prescribed only when a licensed provider determines it's clinically appropriate for your specific situation, and are prepared by a licensed pharmacy partner. They are not sold as an interchangeable or lower-cost substitute for FDA-approved brand-name products.
What happens after my assessment?
A licensed provider reviews your medical history and determines whether treatment is appropriate. If it is, your plan is prepared by a licensed pharmacy partner and shipped to your door, with tracking provided.
Are these medications FDA-approved?
Compounded medications are not FDA-approved. They are prepared by a state-licensed pharmacy based on a valid, patient-specific prescription from a licensed provider, and have not been evaluated by the FDA for safety, effectiveness, or manufacturing quality.
